TeamVTX Product Warranty
Warranty covers workmanship and manufacturing defects of the original and unmodified TeamVTX Products parts for 30 days after purchase. Warranty claims resulting from crashes, abuse, improper operation, improper mounting, improper adjustment or lack of maintenance will not be honored. All engines have a 14-day warranty after purchase for manufacturer defects on the exterior components of the engine. No warranty is expressed or implied to internal wear, carburetor damage, malfunction, or engine life, for the reason that we are unable to oversee or manage the operating conditions of the engine i.e. type of fuel, break-in procedure, and the conditions that the engine performs in.
All claims are subject to expert examination and approval by TeamVTX. We reserve the right to refuse returns on certain merchandise. Items found to be defective under warranty shall be exchanged or repaired by a qualified TeamVTX technician. Items determined to be inconclusive or not covered under warranty will not be repaired or returned without consent of the customer. There is a $15 labor fee for disassembly/estimating repair/reassembly of all returned items found non-defective, with an additional charge for parts if you choose TeamVTX to repair the non-warranted item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer will be notified as to the extent of the repair and given estimation on all parts and service required for service.

Returns & Claim:
All claims must be forwarded to TeamVTX with an appropriate return authorization number (RMA#) obtained by one of our customer service representatives at the service number or email below. All claims must include a proof of purchase (receipt) from the authorized dealer where the product was originally purchased. Any product returned without a valid RMA# and proof of purchase will not be examined and will become property TeamVTX. Shipping costs for all repair/returns are to be paid for by the customer. TeamVTX is not responsible for any lost or damaged product due to shipping.
For faster service, we recommend claims be forwarded to the authorized dealer from which you made your original purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original owner who purchased products through an authorized dealer. No third party purchases will be honored under warranty (i.e. products bought from an unauthorized dealer and/or used).

TeamVTX reserves the right to decline warranty coverage for products purchased from authorized retailers and to refuse warranty coverage on products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
